Cervesa artesana de Ginestar is a microbrewery located in Ginestaron the left bank of river Ebre, within the protected area declared Biosphere Reserve.
It was born with the desire to offer a high quality craft beer.
We are a microbrewery with a production of 225 weekly liters. With the maceration production system through the simple infusion method, the production process is manual. Thanks to these specific production characteristics, craft beers are produced.
In our company, natural beers are produced without pasteurization
The carbonic gas is naturally produced by the yeast left in the bottle. Our beers are live and evolve over time. Alcoholic fermentation is a traditional way of transforming food in order to extend its conservation, thus avoiding the addition of any artificial preservative to beer.

We are a company that started, like most brewers, to experiment and we have gradually. Ginesart microbrewery is located in Ginestar, a village in Ribera d'Ebre, where beer tradition is very old, since, according to the results of several unpublished research that provide information on the manufacture and consumption of beer in lands of Terres de l'Ebre, beer manufacturing with the use of acorns has been confirmed in the ravine Gàfols already in the eighth century BC.
