Made every year for Firabril del Perelló, you can find it in the market in April until finishing the stocks.

This is a light beer with a delicate touch of ripe fruits and a final taste of honey. Very refreshing in hot days.

Beer style

Honey Ale. High-fermented lager with honey.

Tasting notes

Low intensity of the hops in comparison with the malt and the honey. Good to quench thirst.

Ingredients

Malts: Pale ale, Pilsen and wheat. Honey.
Flower of the hops: Cascade and Saaz. Yeast.

Serving temperature

Between 8 and 12ºC.
